RBI Baseball 19 was released with two ESRB-rated covers in North America — apparently one has bilingual cover text in French for the Canadian market. I’ve seen other games with two versions like this as well, including the Fortnite “physical” release.

All SRG games are PEGI-rated, right? Does SRG have a worldwide exclusive right, or could we potentially see Limited Run or someone else do an ESRB physical release?

Castle Crashers is awesome, and the sort of title the LRGs of the world will be busting down the door to sign a contract for a physical release. So hold off on it unless you want to double dip
Sweet! I may wait and see if someone does a physical release. Sorta doing the same for a handful of other releases i hadn't downloaded yet like TowerFall, Chasm and Super Hydorah. Hopin for physical releases... or a good sale!

This is why I like Limited Runs 2 week preorder. I jumped on too many games because they were in short supply only to regret the purchase. Now I have two weeks to think about it and get a copy without issue. Hopefully more publishers go that route.

I was late to the SRG party but the previous 2 releases took a while to sell out but Fairune apparenty went super hot all the sudden, its pretty fun game as I have it digital on my switch and wouldn't mine a physical but with 100 remaining it's going to be pure hell IMHO plus side you can put yourself on a "waiting list" I have only been successful twice with that, and one was a title I didn't even want to begin with.
Edit 3/12 Make that 3 times! Just got an e-mail for another game I been wanting for a while and had no hopes of it happening but by damn it did!
SO if SRG shows a waiting list on their site sign up for it as you may actually get it eventually.
FYI, The Messenger is now also live on Special Reserve website, where you get free shipping. I believe both sites will have different cover artwork, but neither has been revealed
I was really looking forward to buying The Messenger from Special Reserve but I can't even get to their store. I get a page saying "We're sorry, but we are unable to ship to your country at this time."
Looks like if I want the game I will have to buy the LRG variant and pay for shipping.
I'm really let down by Special Reserve. They said they were going to give free worldwide shipping and then this happens.
