Did Bonk's Adventure NES have any inserts other than the Manual?

I can't seem to find any images of a Complete in Box Bonk's Adventure for NES that has any inserts besides the manual. Does anyone know if it had a registration card, a Nintendo Power sub card or anything?



Any info would be much appreciated, Thanks everyone in advance!

    Yes, it should have a black textured sleeve, the "Woah" Nintendo Power insert, and a Precautions Booklet or sheet. Most likely a NES-USA/CAN-2. I'm not sure if it had a poster and registration card. Other Hudson Soft games did but Bonk's Adventure was a very late release NES game.

    The box/manual I just bought was near mint and looks as original as it's going to get and it had the following inserts:



    Reg card: hud-nes-us

    Whoa np insert: gp-nes-usa-1

    Precaution: nes-usa/can-2



    No poster, bomberman 2 and adventure island 3 are pretty the same with the inserts above maybe a slight variation but they too didn't have a game specific or Hudson soft poster.



    In my experience I've only seen hud-nes-us reg cards, never any variants with -1 or -2 as the nes years went on like other brands.
