Mystery character in Reggie's goodbye portrait
The Mario statue is in front of a character that the folks on Reddit are having trouble identifying, and it's got me wondering too.
Anyone recognize this... hand?
The portrait is a gift to him from Retro Studios, so is likely one of their IP... but who? Speculation thus far has been a totally new IP...

Jimtard or scrotbot can grade them.

6/10 Would slap again.
Given the presence of the virtual boy, my vote is for a character from Teleroboxer.
I think you're onto something, actually.
Besides Metroid Prime and Donkey Kong, what did Retro studios work on?
They worked on Star Fox on GC, which would mean thats probably Rob64's hand. Which would make sense.
Nintendo is due for a new game from all three of those franchises.
