Lost all my phone contacts

Well this morning my phone decided it wanted to format itself and I lost everything. So I spent most of the day recovering passwords and contacts. But unfortunately I'm still locked out of discord as I can't remember the email I used. and there's no real way to get all my contacts. I'm also upset that I lost all my pictures of Stubbs & Musha Dfunk

You probably already did it, but check that you didn't have your contacts synced with some cloud account like Google, and/or check that you didn't have them backed up with your service provider. That blows!
