Nintendo Power #61-100 (must have poster attached)
Team Power Tips! Poster (from Nintendo Power #10 mail-in) - i have no idea if these are out there anywhere
and these games (cart only for cartridge games, CIB for disc-based):
Revenge of Shinobi (Sega Genesis) - v1.00 - cart only is fine, but must be the original release with Godzilla/Batman/Rambo/etc.

Grand Theft Auto: Collector's Edition (PS1) - the first three games with containing box
