What is this?! A Double Nintendo Seal of Quality Rad Racer cart.

In all my days, I’ve never seen this.  Anyone know anything about this Rad Racer variant?  My guess is it’s Canadian with each seal in English and French.  Anyway, googling on my phone didn’t bring up anything.



I love all things Square and a unique and rare variant like this could be right up my alley. Anyway, it was originally owned by a video rental so I guess this could be special to their distribution channels. Maybe it’s nothing but I’m hoping to get more details on this variant if anyone knows anything about it.

    What is engraved on the bottom of the cart? The pic is too blurry to read.

    Ok, thanks.  I’m not sure why googling didn’t help but I couldn’t find anything specific to a Canadian version.
