    Something like 1 second difference every 10 minutes because it has to sync up with your TV. The alternative would be screen tearing so unless you're speed running it's the ideal console.

    Yup, I must of read that thread as I posted early. 



    So it does, in fact, play a tick faster. 



    Im not a speed runner but I do enjoy no death or 1cc. I suppose that is irrelevant to this conversation but for some reason I create this purists idea from enjoying no death, that it must be done on original hardware, even if it doesn’t actually matter that the avs plays a tick faster. I didn’t mean to insinuate that it (playing games a bit faster) wasn’t necessary for the avs to run as optimal as possible, I actually had no idea, I just meant to bring it to light. 
  • I got mine in Sept of 2016 the port for the power adapter broke off in December of 2016. Retrousb replaced it and I haven't had an issue since. I love the thing. I do all of my NES gaming on it
