How would one display 700 pairs of shoes?
Get 350 friends to come over?
Yeah I guess with 350 friends you could have each friend wear one shoe on each hand and foot. Might be a little less silly if we have 700 friends with just one shoe on each foot, or maybe 1400 friends each showcasing a single shoe.

Blu rays, books, anime/manga, action figures/statue figures, cookbooks from the 1940s-1950s, Pyrex from the 1950s, civil defense items/fallout shelter items, unicorn everything pretty much, Funko Pops (of characters I love), Wacky Packages stickers, Garbage Pail Kids stickers/cards, stuff from the 1980s-1990s (old toys, plushies, cassettes, VHS, books...you name it I probably collect it), Laserdiscs...I could keep going. I collect a LOT of stuff.
Comic Books! Specifically, trying to complete all the big runs of Amazing Spider-Man, Captain America, Uncanny X-Men, Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four, Iron Man, Thor, and Avengers. Plus a bunch of other smaller series. I've always been into comics but only really decided to try and do the complete runs a few years ago when Marvel decided to bring back the original numbering. I am pretty much down to less than 100 issues of each series, but it's all the expensive stuff, so it will probably be some time before I finish them all, if I ever do.
Lately I don't buy single issues of comics but I did collect for a while. The only single issues I look for are appearances of Ted Kord, the second and most popular Blue Beetle. He's one of my favorites. With really popular characters like Batman or Captain America it would be impossible to collect every single appearance they appeared in unless you are a millionaire.
I've been a regular poster at www.psacard.com forums...I've been a collector of baseball/football/basketball card sets (my focus is 1974-95 or so...though I have all Topps baseball sets from 1974-2014). And I as I mentioned here, I also like collecting reference books:

As an adult I started collecting Marvel Select action figures. Kind of stopped buying those when I got back into NES.
Was collecting DVD horror movies, but figure new technology will just continue like music. Kinda gave that up.
