This isn't my image, but I've got one of these and I was wondering the value. I can post an image of mine later today, I'm not positive what cables are with it, but I do have the box.


Do you think eBay would cancel the auction?

Also wondering about a New York Pokemon Center GBA. It's gold. No box. I see there are some on eBay but no completed auctions so I can't get an idea what they actually sell for.

What about a complete set of US N64 games. Some have boxes/manuals, I need to check on that first. Better to part out and just sell the valuable ones or sell as a lot?

    Yes, eBay would cancel the auction for that copier right away. Even if the system is no longer for sale, they still won't let you sell copiers.

    I think I saw a Dr V64 sell at another forum about a year ago in the $150 range but I know that one was complete with all the cables, does yours have all the cables?

    I'm not sure about the copier, but I do know whats generally best for a complete collection. It is almost ALWAYS better to part out!!! (Again, I said ALMOST always).The topic of selling an entire collection has came up multiple times here, and I believe everyone for the most part agreed to parting rather than selling as a complete lot. Lots = bulk, and buyers expect a deal for buying in bulk. I suggest selling the rares, then selling packaged deals like all the crappy sports games in a lot, 5 game CIB lots, etc. Anyone else have input?

    One of these was just on eBay about 3 weeks ago and it lasted maybe a day or two before they pulled it. Starting bid was under $100.



    I think they are around $150-$200 if that helps.

    Fun little unit if people had time to mess around with it, I'm just not a huge fan of emulation.

    Q448809, I wonder if mine was the one you were thinking of.  Just over a year ago for $150 on another forum.  If it is, you have a damn good memory image

    Mazoku:  As far as I can tell, the only thing your unit needs is a pair of generic AV cables and it would be ready to rock and roll.  If the buyer wants to use the unit in the US, they'd also need an adapter for the power supply, but those can be found at Radioshack for a few bucks.

    I'm suddenly thinking of the Kinko's copy guy taking rented NES carts to work and putting them through the copier so he can play them for free now.

    There's some 3.5" floppy disk, I didn't check the contents. 
    A CD...maybe a karaoke disc?  Looks useless.
    A few various plastic cover things, probably useless.
    And an adapter thing that goes into the N64. Maybe this is just a converter for imports? It says Dr V on it. Looks just like the one in the photo above...the larger piece.

    I got this at a Goodwill, I've never used it, I don't know anything about it.

    So is it a doorstop without cables? I can take a pic of the contents later.

    Snap a pic of the contents, many of the cords won't be hard to source at all. I'm sure you can find a power supply easy enough depending on how it hooks to the system, and the AV cables are just standard AV cables.



    Definitely not a paperweight, and hold onto all of the plastic covers. I'd love to take a look.

    That piece is used to get passed the N64 lockout.  Basically, you put a cart in it and it uses it to boot.  Only some carts work though.  I know Mark and I used a WCW wrestling game to boot ours when we had it.  You pretty much need it in order for the unit to function.

    Here's the pic.

    The CD says MPEG Sampler, so yeah, junk.
    The floppy has 4 files, tpc.exe, tpl.lzh, v64_ver1.20m, v64_ver1.32. Can't imagine they couldn't be acquired somewhere else.
    I guess the smaller adapter is attached to mine instead of that beige cover. It won't come off easily so I'm leaving it.
    And obviously that other cover is an N64 EXT cover.

    So, yep, thats what I've got. The styrofoam is there, one spot of it is cracked.

    so let me see if i understand you put a game into this thing and it copies it to disc?

    so you could like rent a game copy it to disc and then play it whenever?
