  • ^ You experiences are quite unusual. I get stuff in less than 2 weeks all the time with USPS first class.
  • Does this happen with items shipped within Canada to Canada as well, I just ordered some stuff from Quebec to BC paid in full plus GST I hope they don't try and ding me more at the door.

Perhaps you live close to the boarder or near a major city. I dunno. The lack of tracking, the slow delivery and the items that have never arrived have only been with the Canadian post office. I've never had any those problems nor the problems mentioned by the Canadian buyers above.

What I hate is that the buyer asks for Canadian post service who get screwed when the service fails to deliver like it should? If it doesn't show up who gets screwed? The seller. How about if they just feel like screwing the seller and say it never arrived because there is no tracking? The seller. Who gets a negative if a 6 oz package containing a cd game show up 4-6 weeks AFTER it was post marked? The seller. Sure if I lived in Canada I'd ask for USPS too. No matter what happens at least you are covered.

Give me a new Canadian post office with online tracking on all 1st class packages and delivery from anywhere in the US to anywhwere in Canada in 2 weeks and I'll use it.
