So I missed the chance to own a case of Win, Lose, or Draw a while back...
So Glen, who some of you know...he was at the Expo, and more recently the campout at PSerge's... He randomly called me up and left a message, which he never does, as he's the type that doesn't leave messages when he calls, saying his neighbor had some cases of sealed games that looked to be for the Sega Saturn, that I should call him back at my earliest convenience. I seriously thought, alright, he's gotta be joking...but something told me to go with it, so I called him, and his story was the same the second time, except with two additional lines: the first, that it was 10 cases packed 12 to a case, and the second, that his neighbor would take a superficially very reasonable figure to get rid of all of it. Naturally, I began to wonder... So tonight, after I got off work and my fiancee went home, I went and pulled some cash out of the ATM, and I went to meet this fellow. Sure enough, Glen wasn't joking...and I ended up buying the stash. Unfortunately, it was all the same game and not so rare of a game, but for as little as I paid, I won't complain... Some cases were sealed, some were opened, and a couple had one of the 6-packs opened within, showing the games themselves (Scud: The Disposable Assassin, and yes, it was for the Saturn). So I was talking a bit with the guy... He'd bought these, as well as many other random mixed items (computer desks, tables, baseball cards, old lamps, encyclopedias, etc.) in a sealed truckload sale a while back, and he had them just sitting there cluttering up his living room. I mentioned to him that I'm a collector, that I look mainly for the older systems, such as the NES and the Atari 2600... The guy's eyes brightened a bit when I mentioned the Atari, and he said he'd gotten one in the same truckload in which he got all these copies of Scud... After about 5 minutes of digging to the bottom of the stacks of boxes in his living room, he pulled it out, a 4-switch woody Atari 2600 with cords, 2 joysticks, and paddle controllers, in very nice shape, with a boxed Haunted House (box beat to crap) and a small stack of manuals. He told me, "$20, you can take it along with the others." I hesitated for a minute or so, and then he said, "I'll go $10, since you bought all those Saturn games." I then reached for my cash, to find out I only had $6 left in my pocket... He said it was enough, that it'd work for him. So I bought an Atari 2600 for $6, on top of these...120 copies of Scud ( o_O ) for a comfortable amount (by which, I mean it wasn't enough to break my bank, but it was enough to make the guy happy for waking up, coming to the door, and uncluttering his living room somewhat). Talk about a random night, lol...

So it looks like if you mark 'em good you'll unload a few. Did you specifically avoid mentioning what you paid per piece, or just forget?

For those of you that wonder how much I paid for the stash, and those of you that wonder if I left that part off intentionally...I did, and I guarantee all of you would think it was reasonable, unless you're a cheapskate or something
McKay's? Are you in Knoxville? Good grief, how many people are from Knox here? I'm surprised I haven't run into you guys at Game Haven yet.
There's a McKay's in Chattanooga, as well (and I believe one in Nashville). I will say this, though...I do go to Knoxville occasionally to shop for video games...found a 3-screw Donkey Kong at the Play 'n Trade in Farragut.
