Immortal Mail Away Walkthrough with Envelope

Well, I finally got around to taking a photo of this to show it off.  I'm not sure why this was sent out, maybe the kid couldn't handle the explanation over the phone so he got an in-depth response via mail his mom could read to him while he played.  Does anyone else have any of these?   I thought it was a pretty cool and unique item.

Nice little note to the kid

I would sell this for $250.   I have no clue what the value is, but that's what I'd think I'd pay if i were into this.  If not much more.   Other mail away stuff gets more.
