arcade cab help

well i have a small prob i tested all the mach when i bought them .but after i got tekken home it only has a few bars of red,yellow ,blue on the left side of the screen ? i checked all the connections no go anyone here know about arcade cabs Thanks Ron

    Does the machine still play, even without the picture? - i.e. can you coin it up and hear it playing?

    Can you post a picture of the screen? And, is this the original Tekken?
