Flea Market Booty

All in all, people wanted FAR too much for NES games in my area. $5 a piece, $50-60 for loose systems, $5 for controllers, $10-25 for SMB,Zelda titles....some insane prices.

However, I did make some good finds. Picked up the following 11 loose NES carts for a total of $45 bucks.

Castlevania x2
Ghost n' Goblins ( 5 screw )
Metal Gear
Life Force
TMNT 2
Kid Icarus
Adventure Island 2 ( O.O )
Metroid
The Adventures of Link
Dragon Warrior

I honestly couldn't have done any better today. I sniped out the best of the best I could find, for the best prices. Man, what a great feeling!

  • Great games you got there.
  • Yeah...cleaning them however...ugh. LOL

I've only gotten through one of the Castlevanias, TMNT2, Life Force, and Ghosts N' Goblins.

I think I love restoring them as much as I do playing them! Sad indeed, I know. LOL
  • good pick ups. where are you located, it sounds like where I am at. Every flea market vendor racks the price up pretty high around here too.
  • Massachusetts...and they are ridiculous. LOL
  • Wow, that's a nice haul for $45.
  • Yeah I was stoked for sure.
  • I wish my flea market had these good prices, but licensed game salesmen rip me off.
  • Ehh, I would say $5 per cart is pretty good as an average.  I think it sucks when they try to get like 10-15 just because it has MARIO in the title.
  • Which flea market were you at? The one I like closes from Christmas until April, and the other one I occasionally go to usually sucks. [Read: Has nothing but the one person charging like $20 for commons]
  • $45 is a bit much for my blood, but good titles non the less.
