Forum Theme Change???

in Help Wanted!
Whenever I click an external link pointed to this site (not a link i click on from the site itself) the theme of the page changes from the normal white/blue/black theme to a black/red/white theme that I can hardly read, what the hell is going on and how do I change it???  Thanks in advance for any help

edit: it also is happening when someone copy/pastes a link in a thread and i click it???
