Poll of the Day (11/05/07)
Back pain sucks. Due to the nature of my job, I end up sitting for long periods of the day. It does a number on my back muscles (both upper and lower). I would say that for the last 2+ years, I've had back pain for about 80% of that time. It sucks big time because I can't seem to get rid of the pain.
