Game boy tumble pop factory sealed should I open?

Ok so I came across a copy of tumble pop on the game boy about 2  months ago factory sealed got it for a really good price. Before the person sent it to me they emailed me claiming to have been cleaning smudges off the plastic and said that it tore now they gave me part of my money back which was fine but the plastic is torn in the bottom right corner on the front of the cover a good inch or 2 of plastic is gone so my question is should I just go ahead and open it or leave it as is? I would like some opinions image

  • I'd open it the day I got it. lol I'm terrible for keeping sealed games, so I don't buy them. I'm the kind of person who thinks that a game should be played and displayed, not cooped up suffocating inside that plastic wrap. image
  • might as well open it, trust me it doesnt matter what we say as soon as the thought gets into your head, you'll want to open it every time you look at it
  • Thats kind of what I was thinking. I mean i know its rare especially with the box. I would keep it sealed if it didn't have the tear in the packaging. I'm gonna take pics of this stuff and document it like wizard is doing with the Nes games. Not for the same purpose but as I was reading people seem to get a kick out of seeing it lol.
  • Just go for it! lol If I got my hands on a sealed copy of Chrono Trigger I would have a very hard time not opening it!
  • This game isn't all that rare, especially sealed. There are at least 2 sites that still sell this games sealed.
  • Well that "seals" it then....Get it? I made a sealed joke....Ya nevermind. Anyway. What would those sites be Dain?
