Is this Lolo really factory sealed?

This arrived today and I am wondering if it is factory sealed. Can anyone help me out?

I can't help, but I sure wish we had a company that would validate seals from only seeing an image...

If you take pics of the sides, that would really help. The part that shows where the seams intersect.
