What if you beat it on other equipment, say the Mega Man collection on PS2?
I think hew was just combining two posts into one here, though
I would still say that it's an NES game so it goes on the NES list.
I wouldn't...
To each his own.
Just beat Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap last night. It was fun, but on the whole it was pretty disappointing. Very short and the side quests get pretty tedious. Definately on the low end of the Zelda series in my opinion.
I really don't know if I'm going to ever get any games finished this year, been a really shitty start so far. I started a new game, finally getting around to a PS game that I really only briefly played some couple years ago, Tai Fu, played that the night before last night (the 8th) for a few hours, so far 64% complete with the game, leaving me at the Crane Harbor, pretty decent game from what I've played of it, but I disconnected my PS stuff, so not sure when next I'll play anything. Here I'm used to gaming all the time in my free time, kicking all kinds of ass, wonder if those days will come back and when. Sucks.
I beat Toki the other day. Nice game. Little easy. Beat it the first day I ever played it. Nice game though. Control graphics and game play all good. I'd recommend it to any Nes fan.
Wrong thread Roger You're looking for the NES beaten thread But yeah, I just knocked off Toki last week, and it was pretty fun. Bit easy, but definitely a worthwhile game.
Last night I beat Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for Wii.
It was far from difficult, but I still had a lot of fun playing this game. It had a pretty decent story and the Wii controls added a lot to the experience. The only problem was it took a while to get the hang of using so many different force powers, but once you do it's a blast mixing and matching them for some serious slaughter (force choke for the win). The general theme of the game is very dark (which shouldn't be surprising since it's set between Episode III and Episode IV) which for me is always a welcome change.
All in all, very fun game. Definately recommended for anyone who wants to see what Star Wars is like when you get to use everything the force has to offer.
a) You realize there's an NES thread... b) Austin? Is that you?
I was thinking the same thing. Especially about point b.
It was him. He'll probably get deleted again. I did explain it was nothing personal, just that Dain can't legally store his info until he's 13. We won't see him for a year and a bit now (he said he's almost 12, so it's only a year and a bit away).
And Austin, if you're reading this, happy soon-to-be birthday man
Nice, dude. I was reading about this game a couple weeks ago and it sounds so badass that I decided I needed to play all three. I just went and bought the God of War Collection for PS3 this weekend so I figure I'll pick up God of War III once I finish the first two (which should have dropped a little in price by the time I get around to it).

I've been playing the series since 2005. I own the original 2 PS2 games and let me tell you, your going to love this series. Huge bosses, tons of button combinations for moves, tons of enemies to take down, some puzzle solving stages, you got to start playing it now.
I beat God of War III on Titan Mode (Hard). It gave me some fustration but I managed to get through.

Although, I really don't care either way, if you submitted a high score to Twin Galaxies, it would go under PS2 scores in my example
just got done with metal gear and nightmare on elm street. and working through werewolf that game is friggin hard!
Now THIS should be in the NES thread...

Indeed. Not much gray area there.
I'm pretty glad I didn't do easy until after the other two modes. It's so easy I feel like it may have hurt my progress on the harder levels.
Double Dragon, Captain America and the Avengers, Growl, Streets of Rage and Golden Axe, all at the Genesis.
Poor SNES thingy is yet to be turned on this year.
