holywood is tryin to make movies from nintendo characters but nintendo isnt having since the previous mario movie they made was a bust.

    Video games and films mix as well as tuna salad and strawberry jam. a movie based on Missle Command? Wow.... They will end up being those 'big budget' "Movies for guys that like movies" crap from Bruckheimer or the like.. EXPLOSION...weak dialogue...MONSTER/ROBOT/CG effects...EXPLOSION...current HollyWood pretty boy..EXPLOSION...tit shot...the END. LOL I can see it now: "Coming Summer of 2013...MVLVSVQ: Mario versus Link versus Sonic versus Q~Bert: Endgame Chronicles!" Good lord...ah well, I still have pre-1990 films to watch, right! image

    ^ Agreed. Hollywood can't execute a video game based movie to save their lives, look at Street Fighter. I wanna see Tekken though, just because I am a big fan of the series, but it will be with low expectations.

    How could you possibly make even a half decent movie out of The Mario Brothers? I think it's best to steer clear of Nintendo characters and movies.

    The Super Mario Bros. film is the perfect reason for not making anymore movies based off of Mario or any other Nintendo characters, just stay away!

    Oh, I agree, classic video games should never, ever be made into movies, modern video games are already movies, you just get to push a button every 45 mins or so...

    I didn't think the Super Mario Bros. Movie was THAT bad...ok maybe it was...but at least I can say I own it on DVD...
