So I have this Dragon Warrior 3 I need to get rid of quick fast....box is 9.25/10 cart mint, manual 9ish the map is nice, but has been taped together. I need to sell this quick. Whats a fair price that will get this sold today. Feel free to make an offer if you're interested.

  • $40 + shipping should sell fairly quickly. Good luck!
  • I was going to ask $45 shipped. I know how condition sensitive these things are, so I figured a f'd up map would hinder a lot of people from wanting it.
  • I think Alex is trying to get it cheap image

Even $60-75 shipped you'd probably sell it pretty quick, at least on eGay image

I have no interest in this man, I have the set complete. I just did a ebay completed listing search. I think you need to get caught up with your prices. image
  • Not saying it isn't worth $60, but, to move it in 24 hours, I would shoot for more of $45 shipped.
  • Maybe, but you also need to take condition into consideration, as people will pay premiums for mint shit image
  • That said, $45 shipped will be snagged pretty much immediately image
  • Dragon Warriors fell off a cliff in terms of value over the last 8-12 months, but I'd still think $50 would sell this one fast (used to be $70-$80 easy).
  • Funny, I'm pretty sure there were far fewer copies of III produced than IV...I mean why keep producing the earlier title when you're pushing the new one out the door, right? That gives about 11 months or so of III being sold before IV was released, making it tougher to find III...that said, neither is horribly hard to get image
  • I'd say $50 shipped is more than fair. This title for me seems fairly easy to find in nice shape.
  • Ya, I think no more than $50 shipped if you want to sell it in a day. I've been somewhat tracking DW3 and DW4 lately and I've noticed several things:

    1) Jonas is right about these games selling quite a bit lower than they used to.

    2) wiz is also right about minty stuff getting premium prices, but if the map is jacked up and the manual is OK, the box is going

to have to REALLY stand out as mint for this copy to still demand a premium price. In which case I think the OP would need

to provide additional close up pics of the box.

You also have to give it a decent discount if you are literally set on moving it in a day. I think Alex's quote is right on.

And wiz - according to the NA rarity guide (not saying it is correct), DW4 seems to be the slightly rarer copy in terms of availability (boxes are the same though). Interesting, I haven't really noticed much of a difference between the 2 and there actually seems to be a lot more copies of DW3 and DW4 readily available than some other CIBs that have the same NA rarity ranking. Not sure why this is.

And of course, I'm no expert on any of this, just what I've noticed over the past few months from keeping an eye on things.
