What's going on with the Battle Kid manuals?

How come it originally was sold with the manual but now on RetroUSB.com they are selling copies without the manual? Were only a few copies of the manual made or something. I would like a copy with the manual if possible.

    The manual has been the bane of Sivak's existence ever since December or so. He's thinking of discontinuing it at this point because more people would prefer to have the game in the first place as opposed to being subjected to it being out of stock all the time due to printing issues.



    I'm sure they'll re-bundle the (500?) manuals that got lost in the mail once/if they arrive, until those are sold, but it seems probable that he'll discontinue them after that and just sell cart-only with a PDF manual download.

    It's a very strange story.



    Yes, sent to the correct address, but returned, then sent out again after the address was clarified to be exactly correct, and currently lost in the world since monday of last week, probably on their way back again. Its been nothing but issues with that manual, but will surely be resolved. Just a pain that it takes forever. First time there has ever been an issue.

    the game itself was back in stock again yesterday morning, and by the tume I tried to order it b4 bed it was out of stock again. WTH!? I have no luck. Feels like I've been waiting forever. I want the game now.

    This happened to me too, didn't have a credit card handy so I missed out!  I went and ordered mega man 10 instead.. image  hopefully when I'm done with it, battle kid will be in stock!

    Woohoo, I just ordered mine, they are back up!

    Edit: Lol, considering the title of this post I guess I should have mentioned it is still the cart only version that is back up

    I just bought a copy from a member here that had the manual (I think it was from the first production run). I really want to play this game but I didn't want to get a copy without the manual if I know that a manual exists for it. I would like a box too but I know that a box wasn't produced for this.
