Mother fucker. I just bust my ass to beat King's Quest V and you come in here 10 minutes earlier and post that you beat it. Ughhhhhhhhhh.
Edit: It was an hour and 10 minutes earlier. That makes it a little easier to swallow. If that stupid maze in the castle didn't confuse me so much I might have made it!
Dude, you can have KQV, I beat it last month and just remembered when I was going over the list earlier. No big. That maze is the ONLY thing that trips me up. I have mapped the desert so it is cake. wiz, please toss credit to mewithoutYou52.
@dangevin, you can save your game and not have to enter a password, that way you can just restart from your last save.
There's nothing in AdamL's list about T&C Surf Designs, and I've never played it myself for more than 5 minutes. I'd need a bit more info on whether it's an endless loop or not. And Stan, you did beat it first, so I wouldn't change who got credit unless you beat it in December or something. Anyway, keep in mind there's no calling of games in this project, so don't spend too much time playing games you don't like unless there's nothing else you want to play. This is more about having fun, so play the games you like, and maybe a few to see if you do like them, but don't go out of your way to play something you don't enjoy just because it's available
T&C is essentially the same screen repeated, but the skateboarding section gets long each time with new obstacles. There has to be a limit to that though. As far as I have seen the surfing is just surfing, but you stay on the wave longer.
-You can choose to play with up to 6 Teams, and up to 25 Games if you chose 6
Teams. If you play with 6 teams, 25 games, this means you must play the
other 5 teams each 25 times, for a grand total of 125 games. Also, the
computer teams must also play each other 25 times, but you can choose to not
watch them play each other, making the experience a little quicker. When all
the games are played, you get a simple screen telling you that you are the
League Champion and that is all. If you played all 125 games, you probably
will not appreciate the feeble ending whatsoever.
Sounds like it's yours
Stan, if you feel 12 rounds should be enough to call T&C completed, I'll add it up. Well, I'll add it anyway, but if anyone wants to challenge the decision, I shall reserve judgement
Oi, people need to check the guide before they post that they beat it Although to be fair, if the same ending pops for a 6 game league as a 25 game league, I would argue it should still stand, as you did complete a season (albeit a short one) and fulfilled the requirements to pop the ending. AdamL usually considers getting to the highest possible completion as beating it, but I've always felt it unnecessary to beat the maximum amount. For example:
DONKEY KONG (Nintendo)
-There are only 3 stages per level (the level is the number under the "L" at
the top of the screen). Every time you beat 3 stages, you go to the next
level, which are the same 3 stages, only more difficult. Once you beat the
9th set of levels (Level 9), it goes to level A. This continues all the way
up through 255 levels, most of which are represented by weird symbols, blank
spaces and other odd characters. The last of these is Level
kind of why I posted it...same ending..trophy and all, but if you want me to do 125 games...i can gear up and be done by october..lol same ending doing one team and 3 games as well, so maybe 125 games should be the mark, but thats your call sir
I think you did a reasonable amount. I'd be adverse to the idea of doing a 3 game league for the ending, but 125 games seems excessive. 6 teams 6 games seems like a pretty fair tournament.

12 rounds sounds pretty damn good to me. I think I can do 8. I have seen no evidence that the game ends and the score from 12 rounds will definitely beat the default top score.
Thanks guys. I'm gonna stick with the game a little longer because I am trying to master the surfing so that I can roll the score up to 99,999 like the top two people at Twin Galaxies. It's a goal, anyway!
Nobody said you have to stop playing it once it's listed man. Like I said before, this is a project done entirely for fun. The person with the most completions gets no special prizes, nothing bad happens if we fail to reach our goal...it's just a fun project designed to get people playing more games
That said, someone needs to tackle the Power Pad games...I would but I don't have the space to set it up anymore
I've got to figure out some time management here! Haha
By the way, I noticed there was a game with a name next to it that was still green. I'm mobile right now, so it'd be a pain to check which one it is : P. I think the persons name started like "absolut" or something or other.
Actually, only reason I haven't added anything for a bit is cuz I have so much shit between my bed and my NES that I can't actually reach the system Could be worse lol!
I haven't paid much attention here - do I need to post a screenshot to prove it? I laid out Ice Climber tonight if you want to add that. (Though there's not really a 'game over' screen)
I don't need any confirmation. Like I said, it's not like there's prizes or anything. Pretty much just a fun way to get people playing through their games Not sure what would constitute the end of Ice Climber though, and I don't feel like researching. Is there a point where the levels loop or is it strictly high score? Pretty much just need to know at what point the game repeats (ie Mario Bros repeats after level 12, DK repeats after level 3).

No, you beat it first buddy. You can have it. I'm gonna try Super Off Road again since Maniac Mansion is taken.
I can promise you I will not go near Super Off Road.
But I did get through 12 rounds of T&C Surf Designs. Is there a pre-requisite for that? It's the same two boards over and over.

I say add it!

I only got to beat 7 fighters, and I have no idea how many there are.
I'll keep trying, though. Then take up on Rambo.

Judging by the high score, it's an infinite loop...question is, WHERE exactly does it loop? You're on your own Bea, unless someone else knows...
Well, it seems I'll have to karate my way out of this mess. Sometime the red fighter must get tired of being beaten.
You MIGHT??? Roth, this is tailor made for you!
