Any difference between the GC and PS2 Megaman X Collection?

does one run/play better than the other? or are they exactly the same?

    i've heard the PS2 one is better because they don't mess up the button configurations

    Yeah, I have the GameCube version and the button layout makes it a bit awkward to dash and jump at the same time, and God forbid you have to shoot while doing this! image
