Thanks Fris but those are for the boxes, right? I need one for my Carts that never were made with boxes.

I'm not up on my Imperial measurements, but I'm guessing the dimensions shown are not the same as a boxed copy?

I could be wrong...anyway, they have a custom case section, you may be able to get them made. Found the link from the one Ray posted
