Just NES. Feel free to do a SNES list though I might even be able to help with it...opened a sealed Mohawk and Headphone Jack, just not sure if I kept all the contents together
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cart (NES-U2-USA) Manual (NES-U2-USA) Box (NES-U2-USA) Black dust sleeve Nintendo Power insert (PMG-USA) Front/Rear Projection TV Warning (NES-RPTV-USA) Ultra Subscription card Ultra folding advert (ULT-NES-US-1)
Got this at Goodwill for $2.99. If this was already posted, let me know.
Was this actually sealed? You say you found it at the good will and although I believe those contents are probably accurate, are they sealed contents?
Also, a list of opened games can be found on gamefaq, albeit not up to date.
Nowhere near up-to-date. I seriously need to get cracking on that.
That said, pretty sure that matches the copy that I had opened personally, or at least is very close to it. But yeah, was it actually new and sealed at Goodwill or was it opened at all?
EDIT: Okay, I listed it, as the RPTV warning was NOT on my prior list, although everything else meshed up perfectly. I only added it at this point because Kid Drac's Base Wars had an epilepsy warning that wasn't in the two listings that were already on the list, confirming that such warnings were added later. What I'd really like to know is if there is a * after the code on the manual, since it was previously determined that the * variants had the epilepsy doc printed inside the manual (thus negating the need for it), but there was no RPTV doc added in to the best of my knowledge. More for establishing a timeframe than anything.
Okay, I'm quitting for the night...just did like 10 pages, including Kid Drac's 42-game posting...now my eyes are sore. Just finished page 22(self reference).
Well, I've added everything except the shit I personally opened and have temporarily lost the data for (it's all on my old laptop's hard drive, which I need to buy a housing for to use it in my new desktop since the lappy is toasted). Everything posted in this thread is on the list, FINALLY. I'll PM people (not now, but within a couple days) that I have questions for, and then I will be updating
Awesome, nice work Wiz! Can't wait to see the big update. I just re-checked my Base Wars and there is no * after the code in the manual. I'm sure I'll be speaking with you shortly regardless...
Yeah, I have you down for 4 or 5 games. I'm just, well, after that amount of time to update the list I kinda need to take a bit of time before opening the file again
Okay, so the guide is fully edited, and all questions have been emailed. Still waiting on most of the responses, but when they arrive I shall edit everything and submit the update
What a scary thing to do! If I had some serious sealed games, I just don't know if I would have what it takes to open it up! The only one I have is Star Soldier which I would offer up but it looks like Kid Dracula already beat me too it
Go ahead anyway. If everything is identical to the listing except, say, the Nintendo Power card is different, I list it again. Some games already have 2 or 3 listings in the guide.
Comments
is this just a NES list or a SNES list too, I have a SNES one I opened recently and could post up here
