  • I think I posted this on another thread somewhere...but

    N64 /w Cords

    2x N64 Controllers

    Nes Zapper

    3x broken Gameboys

    Super Mario World (loose, snes)

    Super Smash Bros (loose, N64)

    Turbo racer (loose, NES)

    all for $5.00

    Quake II (N64)

    Pokemon Snap (N64)

    Duke Nukem 64 (N64)

    NBA Live? (N64)

    Star Wars Pod racer (N64)

for $12.00 (IAP, I think I could've haggled it down...but I thought Pokemon Snap had some value...guessed wrong)

memo to self: stop picking up N64 systems
  • Picked up a Sega Game Gear with AC Adapter and Sonic 2 Game for $10 at ValueVillage. Not a bad price, and the adapter is usually hard to find.

FYI, the Game Gear uses the same AC adapter as the Genesis 2.

  • On my way back from buying silly bandz (apparently the new pog for children)

    I saw a random yardsale

    Snes (system only)

    NCAA (snes)

    Turok (N64)

    and some WWF game (N64)

    for $10.00

I think I overpaid, but couldn't resist the clean SNES.

Also, does a Genesis Model 2 power adapter work on SNES model 1?

    Genesis Model 2 - 10 DC .85a SNES - 10 DC 850ma
  • Not sure on the power adaptor, but $10 for a SNES is a good deal regardless. And if the WWF game is one of the THQ ones (Wrestlemania 2000 or No Mercy), then you got a damn good game out of it too image
  • i got a game.com game in the mail today, Duke Nukem for $7.00. it's nice in the box and all, only need one more for the collection, anyone sees wheel fortune 2, buy it, then i'll buy it.
  • @the_wizard_666 - That wwf game is wwf war zone (I think its steve austin on the label). I really like this snes, no yellowing and no apparent damage. I have no idea if its working though (need to buy the right ac adapter, genesis adapter won't work).

@mr. nintendo - its nearly impossible to spot a game.com (is tiger bankrupt yet?); anywho if I spot one I give you a pm (I doubt it though).

    *edit*
Pics of the snes (nothing special)
Not quite sure why I like this find so much (maybe cause of all the yellowed ones I saw at fleamarket selling at $40+)

  • they still make toys i think, just not games, haha remote control cars, if it's the same tiger. you look up gamecom on ebay, only get like 30 matches, at least i got almost all, for what wiki says anyway. thanks for the eye out,
  • War Zone...damn. It was fun in it's day, but it just couldn't compare to THQ's WCW efforts (which is why WWF dumped Acclaim and signed THQ for their games). It was neat though, in that it was the first WWF title with a Create-A-Wrestler mode (well, aside from "YOU" on Wrestlemania Challenge and King of the Ring anyway).
  • Today I got a New Famiclone, and some cool famicom games! Here are some pics:

    YAY!! image
  • Well, looks like one pirate cart for sure (TV Game Cartridge is a pirate cart...pirate Famicom stuff is pretty abundant). Not sure of the one with the Karaoto sticker, never seen that before, but it's likely a pirate cart of some sort as well. Stick Hunter and Baseball are actual releases. Baseball is the same game we got here, and Stick Hunter is unreleased Stateside, but it's pretty terrible anyway. Still, if you didn't pay much, it's a great little lot image
  • Was given Double Dribble, and Pro Wrestling today for fixing someones NES. Not too special, but I don't own either of them, so I'm happy. Can't complain about FREE!
  • Actually, Stick Hunter is a pirate of Blades of Steel by Konami image It wasnt officially released on FC, but Whirlwind Manu ported it.
  • Big thanks to Randy for hooking me up with a Lolo 3 cart for free! image
  • Wow, I could've swore it was official. I have it myself. It's also on the Famicom World database.

    http://famicomworld.com/game/1033/

I know I played it and it was absolutely terrible, nothing like Blades of Steel.
  • No, but this cart is of Blades of Steel. Blades of Steel itself was never released on FC. Labels on FC pirates are often wrong, it's Blades of Steel, not Stick Hunter.
  • I just looked and you're right...the label is different. Well, if it's a port of Blades of Steel, then the deal got even better image
  • Got this lot off CL today.  First decent deal I've seen in a while here.  $40

I knew that, somehow I forgot.

I wasn't, but a buddy of mine did mention it to me, he said he hated that he wasn't closer to Knoxville because there was a "sweet 64 lot" on there.  I'm stoked you got it!  image
