Best games to play while [intoxicated] (edited)

As many of you probably know, playing NES after smokin bud is a great way to spend your high. I do it so often now, that i have to keep my copy of NARC hidden away from the rest of my collection. But which games are the best to rip out of the stack after rippin sum stacks? Here's some from my personal selection:



MONSTER PARTY, Fantasy Zone, Yo Noid!, Little Nemo: The Dream Master, Karnov, 3-D Worldrunner (with the glasses on)

    I'd say Metroid for the weird aesthetic of environemment and sounds.

    This one is very personal, but when I'm drunk and high after a party, I like to play Shufflepuck Cafe. Just simple enough for my brain capacityimage.

    it's almost like that game was made for people to play when they can't get out to the bar, so you can just crack open a few beers and pop in the game... and it's almost like actually being there... image

    I never though someone could understand that so clearlyimageimage. I feel like that about that game. The story includes you in the 'scenario', you're the foreigner.



    By the way, Galaxy 5000 is one of my all time fav high game too.

    But, truth be told, my favorite game while getting soused was Gradius -- I could beat it without dying, but only when loaded!

    I don't smoke pot but when I get drunk sometimes I like to try contra. Then after dieing a couple times I just get real pissed off and go to sleep.

    I'd immagine some of these games might make for some crazy hallucinations:

    (Don't take shrooms while playing Super Mario Bros lol. You might find yourself trying to crawl into the drainpipe in your shower to fight the goombas living under your basement) image

    ok, the topic has now changed to Best games to play while intoxicated. could be anything weed, alcohol what have you. And before you just post saying that you don't do that stuff and that your straight-edge and whatnot, just think about how much you love your favorite NES game... keep thinking... now imagine that game being better than you have ever imagined it before and that's what it feels like to be high and playing your favorite games. sure, all this might sound stupid to some of you who don't smoke or even drink.. and its totally cool if you don't, but some people are more open-minded to certain things and it would be cool to hear from some of you out there.. (i know you're out there) image

    I've never smoked weed, but sometimes when I drink I love to play to what I call Drunk-Out!!! Which is basically playing Punch-Out and taking a long drink whenever you knock someone down, get knocked down, or whenever a round ends.

    Agreed that bong hits + NES = good times.

    Grab a buddy and kick up some Double Dragon 2.  Man that's fun. 
    I like anything that's a shooter or quick and dirty, like Pac Man. 

    Dragon Warrior 4 for one is NOT a good idea, all the random battles put me to sleep image

    I remember Seanbaby's nes webpage presented a drink-game with Punch-out that was like that.

    In my younger days, and I must emphasize, not in at least 5 years, I loved getting a huge pile of cocaine and playing any of the dragon warrior games.

    I was thinking about this again today for whatever reason, and two other games came to mind. These are ones that I played the hell out of while piss drunk: Puzznic (you have to be drunk for this game), and one of my 110-in-1 multicarts (the Supervision one with a pink label) -- half of those cheesy Fami games are pretty decent when you don't particularly care what you're playing image

    Is this the Famicom version? From my quick browse of google looks like this was a famicom only release, and doesn't appear to be on the repro sites. This one may be worth doing myself - I love this game image
