I think there kinda rare. They came with the Sharp/Panasonic TV w/ built in NES. Those TV's come up once in a while on Ebay, but alot of the time they don't have these original controllers.
I have a pair of the sharp NES controllers, came with my sharp nintendo tv. Cool controllers, not sure of the value though. Did panasonic make these too?
Mine are identical and are Sharp controllers. I really like them, I use them a lot. Weird thing about them, they have the same serial number as regular controllers but obviously have a different exterior (even the writing, it says "game television" instead on Nintendo) and a different board inside.

Japan-games was selling a brand new silver (I forgot what brand it was) licensed controller for 33 dollars on Ebay.
