This months Price Guide

Just got done browsing the e-zine's price guide and noticed that it is overwhelmingly covered in pink. This means that the majority of the games have dropped in price from last months issue's. Are people losing interest in collecting, or just buying less on ebay, or is this just an off month. I just don't remember EVER seeing this much loss in value since they started printing the price guide.
What are your thoughts?
