    Id say about $40-$50 depending on condition.The box is the hard part to find,The manual and cart are fairly common.

    I would agree with $35-50 on CIB. But Chad the book is actually getting tougher to find. In fact there are at least 3 people on NA that I know are still needing it in PM's they have sent me of their need lists.
