Sad to say so, but I'd say next to nothing, why? well no one really collects sealed GB games as far as I know, and tetris is most likely the gb game with the highest production run, so there's more than enough out there to feed the hungry..

But sealed stuff is always nice to have..
Yeah, the production run doesn't really matter all that much (many extremely popular games from back in the day go for high value today...like nearly every Mario game).
