I think it might depend somewhat on the version. Nick is about right for the -USA version. I can't exactly see the code on the cart to tell you for sure about this, but there's one version (I forget if it's -GBR. -UKV, or -NOE) of which I've seen a complete copy on British eBay go for about £50 (at the time, about $85...yeah, this was about 2-3 years ago).

Now that I recall it a little more clearly, that was a European release of Final Fantasy Legend 3 that went for that much 2-3 years ago, and not Final Fantasy Adventure. This I will say, though: Germany certainly did get Final Fantasy Adventure under a different name (does the name Mystic Quest ring a bell? I had one and sold it...if I remember correctly, the code was DMG-FF-NOE).
