It seems pretty common to me as I've had 7 or 8 cib's pass through my hands without ever seeking them out. But it also seems to show up on peoples want list more often than not. Maybe its a regional thing, who knows.
I'd say its a $15 CIB, could be $20 possibly but I think that is too high. One reason I think this game sometimes brings more than your everyday common is because it is listed on Etler's old list as very rare, like a A- or B+. Even though since then it has turned out to be way more common than that. But a new collector that stumbles across Etler's list probably thinks they are making a great buy at $15 or so.
I get it a fair amount also. My last three sales were $23, $24, and $28. All were very quick. It just leaves me guessing at what to put the next one at

Well someone won one on ebay for 35 sealed not to long ago. I was just talking to Bryan (justabum) about this I needed this game still. Now I got 2 in same week.
