    As a kid, the Cane of Someria was the only way I could get through the Ice Palace in Link to the Past. I could never figure out how the stupid switch system worked in that place.

    Here is another one! The fucking Power Bracelet for the NES version, whoopty doo I can move the turtle ROCKS now Yaaay!

    Ehh that was an alright item, and it played into being a glove in quite a few future games to life/move heavier stuff.

    I would have put the Dominion Rod in that list as well. I'd also switch out the Biggoron Sword for the Giant's Knife. I never start the first temple as an adult without that Biggoron Sword, even though it throws the order out of whack (start with the ice temple to get the blue fire in order to get the prescription later). I guess I liked the reach and strength of that sword vs having a shield. I did a 3 heart run like that.
