I'm a part of several other forums, both related video games and other things. In fact, I have several friends IRL that are on other forums and I am CONSTANTLY comparing to and bragging about NintendoAge. We have the best "fearless leader" in Dain and our mods are awesome at keeping things civil and aren't afraid to lock a thread down if it gets out of hand.
I have never been a part of a site where I feel like a part of a community and family instead of just another user/member. In my humble opinion (and I'm not saying this as flattery), Dain, The mods, and NA set the bar for all of the other sites I'm on.
Dain, thank you for all of the tireless work you do behind the scenes that we are ignorant to. I know you have a family, and this is a labor of love, but thank you for your time and effort.
Mods, thank you for not being afraid to do what you need to do. You make the difference between "just another forum," to THE forum that sets the bar for all of the others.
Members, thank you for being a part of the family. Let Dain and the mods know how much you appreciate what they do. Send them PMs and flood their inboxes with thanks! If you have the money, donate anything (even a dollar) to the site; anything will help.

Sad I missed this but wanted to say that I used to have a forum that I belonged to (it's a girly wedding related one) and it has become SO stupid and lame. All they talk about is how much their husbands annoy them or how much they are trying to get pregnant - most of the time they talk about what new purses they bought and show off new shoes. BLEGH!
