Trying to find a certain game...

I had this game as a kid, for what I think was a Tandy 1000 computer. If was just black and white. You were an engineer who had to build a bridge from one side of a canyon to the other in 100 turns. You could build 3 things: a column, a horizontal beam, or a staircase. You have to try and get to the top without getting stuck, or running out of turns. The catch is, between each turn, the engineer randomly moves to a different location so you are at his mercy where to put the next piece without boxing yourself in or getting stuck. I'm attaching a little picture of what I can remember about this game, hopefully someone can help me out. It's a lot of fun actually

  • Bridge Builder. There is an old version with like 16 stages to it that's free, works in windows and it looks exactly that simple and a train goes across instead of a person (when you're ready) the newer ones are 3D and well do the same and then got overly complicated later. It's not entirely 100% the same, but it's the same concept as you get limited resources and have to create a bridge platform, supports, truss to support the weight of the train from A-to-B.

I know it's not THE game, but maybe it'll help.
  • I'm going to bump this up. Somebody has to know!
