Mostly sealed copy of Deathbots

I got this a while ago at a video game / record shop... it was, in fact, completely sealed. However, as soon as I took it to the cashier, he did the store's standard purchase procedure. Apparently, for sealed games, this involves tearing the plastic above the barcode and putting a warranty sticker over it. I couldn't believe it... but I got it anyway. Is it worth anything?

  • The game itself sucks. However I believe it is a very rare game. If I where you I would leave it like that and try to trade and sell it. I dont collect any games but ones I find fun so I would never want that peiece of crap lol. However out of a 1-10 of Rare I think its like a R5 or R6 maybe the box is higher to I dont really know to much about it though.
  • I donk know an exact $$ amount, but I would guess in the condition you described(hole in cellophane) somewhere around $50 maybe more. What I can tell you for sure is that the Douch Nozzle that cut the factory seal cost you some serious resale $$,As most sealed collectors would probably pass on something like this,it would more than likely be picked up by a CIB collector for its condition.
  • I hate sellers that need to "mark" there stuff. There is a guy at my fleamarket I hate this guy he overprices his stuff so much and marks his carts with a sharpie on the back. pisses me off the guy is the definition of a tool
  • The pawn shops around here write the names of the N64 games on top of the cart with black sharpie so people can read the titles without them having to open up the case. I can see why they do it but come on, thats just not right. Spend $10 and get a damn label gun.
  • That's really a lame policy, but I can totally see how the average non collector wouldn't understand how retarded it is to open a sealed game like that. Still, common sense should tell anyone that if a game has made it this long sealed, it should probably stay that way.
  • Makes me wonder why they dont just do that when the game comes in, before it hits the shelf to begin with.
