Hey everyone!  Once again, I'm posting the new contest a little early tonight and this time it's going to be Rampage.  Here are the rules:

  • 1 life only
  • 1 player only
  • Take the picture when you have transformed back into a human
  • Play as whichever character you choose
  • Participation: 50,000

The contest ends Sunday, 4/3/11 at 10 PM NA time, 9 PM central time.  Your user name must be in the picture for your score to be valid.  The entire TV screen, or computer monitor if you are playing on an emulator, MUST be in the picture for the score to be valid.  No partial screenshots will be considered or accepted.  Good luck everyone and have fun!

    Damn photographer.  On another note, I made it all the way to Day 62 before I finally died.  I believe that day is Ottawa.  And if it wasn't for the photographer, I probably would've made it even farther.

    edit: new score. this is probably it for me, i'm heading out of town tomorrow.

    i've had this game forever. in fact i'm playing the cart i just brought home from my closet at my parents' home. playing it now, it's just kind of sinking in how unpolished this port is. i have yet to figure out why eating food takes anywhere from 1 to 4 punches. same for smashing vehicles and people. it's still fun though. oh, and the game randomly deciding i don't need to knock down those last two buildings to advance to the next city

    The manual says that some cities are hard to destroy and that partially destroyed areas will be displayed in brown on the map screen. You will eventually be brought back to those cities to finish up the job.

    Completed areas turn all black.

    i think that's for areas like california that turn red after you clear the cities, where you will come back to the same city with a new set of buildings later in the game. what i'm referring to is when there is a building still standing onscreen but the game decides i'm good and sends me to the next day.

    Nice score dude. I was so mad when that photographer got me! I really wanted to break 3 million, I was so close.

    Thanks dude.  You had a nice score too.  I almost didn't break 3 million.  I managed to get a helicopter while climbing a building to put me over 3 million.  I punched the building a couple times to get some health because I was getting really low, but a photographer got me.
