Favorite Youtube Gamer?
Im guessing this topic has been made before but I havent seen one recently.
Anyways who is your favorite gaming youtuber? Doesnt matter if they do commentaries, let's plays, or reviews.
My two favorites have to be Roo from ClanOfTheGreyWolf and PatTheNESPunk.(I noticed Pat is a member here? Is that the real Pat or a fake?)
Roo does a great series called 16 bit gems where he talks about his favorite, lesser known games from the 16 bit era. And Pat is just freaking awesome lol. He has a very unique review style that I just love.
Anyways, I am wondering who your favorites are. I am always looking for great new people to watch.

I like seananners Minecraft and blackops videos. For retro stuff I don't really have a favorite, I usually watch without sound with other music in the background. I also find the Zero Punctuation videos freakin hilarious.
I love Pat, and AVGN, and a few LPers like Jammo2000 and Slowflake.

Even if he wasn't a rip-off hes still not that great. The only videos I like from him are the Video game history and the Cool Spot review.
AVGN comes to mind but I'll go with Talking Classics' Keith Apicary.
They're both great.
Irate Gamer is nothing but a clone, copy, rip-off, and has no acting skills or mic skills what so ever. He's so cheap, you can tell he's reading off cue cards during his lame vids. Also, he also does movie reviews too? Hello!?? James Rolfe #2!!!

I also really like the Gaming Historian. I love learning about the history. He dos a really good job I think and is 'underrated'..which itself is an overrated word.

I'll agree that AVGN rocks and the irate gamer is a total copycat of AVGN,but brentalfloss is in the same class as irate gamer.That guy is absolutely freaking terrible.

I love AVGN, Phreakindee, Classic Game Room (All hail Lord Karnage!!), CGR Undertow, HVGN, Pat and many others. Right now I'm watching a lot of Jew Wario's You Can Play This series since i'm on a big importing kick at the moment.

As a huge Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fan (as if the avatar wasn't a clue) his review of the TMNT games just bothers me. Let me list everything wrong with this review...
He constantly compares the NES games to the arcade game. Since the arcade game was so good, everything else must be terrible. I enjoy all three TMNT games on NES, and complaining about the worse graphics, intro, and lack of four player support is ridiculous considering we're talking about NES. If they had four player support he would have complained that you need to buy a Four Score.
"Each turtle has the exact same abilities, and there's no difference between them except their weapon." Each turtle has different range, attack speed, and attack power. What more do you want?
"Jump from the wrong place, and you'll go falling to the ground." No shit.
When talking about the second game, he complains that "your turtle can only punch, kick, and drop kick." This isn't Street Fighter. There are two buttons to work with. If I'm not mistaken, there's no standard kick, just the jump kick. Attack, jump, jump attack.
"When you die, that's it, game over." You have multiple lives AND continues, with the chance to earn more lives. What the f**k is he talking about?
When referring to the two additional levels, he says "these levels suck, and adding them was pointless and stupid". He reviews like a four year old, everything sucks and is stupid with no real argument to back it up.
He glances over the third one with positive comments, but tosses it aside because Turtles in Time is better. He AGAIN criticizes the lack of four player support for Turtles in Time. Give it a rest, two players was the standard at the time, it has nothing to do with the game itself.
In conclusion, Irate Gamer sucks. He is pointless and stupid.

AVGN is still cool in my book, but I don't like when he gets theatrical in his reviews.
I do hate Let's Play with a passion, but I discovered Frankomatic about a year and a half ago, and I found some of his videos entertaining.
One I especially liked is his playthrough of Life and Death for the PC. I don't know if he was trying to be funny or had no clue what he was doing, but I had a few good laughs.
rinry is sweet and cool with great videos, which are made by a man of course.
