Screen transitions

The Dragon Warrior series does cool screen transitions when a fight starts.  Each game they did an upgrade to the transition making it more complex.  Any other games have interesting ways to get to a black screen?

DW1 - square spiral out  @ 4:00  
DW2 - black square getting bigger @ 0:25  
DW3 - spiral fan with 4 straight arms @ 7:25 
DW4 - spiral fan with 4 curved arms @ 3:00

Earthbound - black circle from in and out @ 0:20

    Pokemon RBY for GB does. I notice that all the time. Can't say on the others since I've never played any other pokemon game ever.

    I had a question - I know that this is completely off the subject regarding transitions but...

    After reading the FAQ at Retrousb, I understand that you do not make any copies of a game that has been discontinued. I was only wondering if you possible have a "spare" or "left over" X-mas 2010 game that was not sold and are willing to possibly sell? (I just discovered RetroUSB a few weeks ago, and was completely unaware of such awesome games and concepts - so I completely missed the X-mas 2010 release). I recently bought 4 games from you (order #10136) and a powerpak. Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you kindly for your time.

    I agree that the guy talking in the Dragon Warrior video that BunnyBoy posted sounds like the Evan kid - lol. That video of Evan on CNN was kinda awkward to watch... he kept correcting the news lady too! haha
