Another Campout Haul
Picked up a lot of stuff for my collection from various local stores, a flea market, and buying and trading with members at the campout. Well, a find is nothing without pics, so here we go!
The stuff in the above picture is my haul from 2 seperate visits to Rengozu's store Game Trader. This place was awesome! Great selection, nice enviroment, friendly staff, and some great deals. Was very happy with what I pulled away with.
Next up is what I came away with from The Great Escape which was a comic book/hobby shop. Had a little bit of everything. Neat store, but not very organized. Some great deals to be had, and the staff was friendly and happy to help us out even for a larger group.
Next up is my shirts I picked up at the campout. Dain's NA shirts he made and the Revenge shirt came from Rengozu, heck of a nice guy. Thanks again Jeff.
Ozzman and Bella took myself and a few other NA members to a flea market nearby Paul's house. This was kinda fun for me since I haden't been to an outdoor market in years. Found some cool stuff at some great prices. It was great walking around and chatting with Randy (Thetallguy) during our visit. Best part of the campout is just shooting the bull with other members.
Next up is my trade haul from other members at the campout. Dain hooked me up with some great deals on some harder to find items I have wanted. It was great to deal with you guys in person. Props to Burdger for the free Danny Sulivan cart and Randy for the sweet deal on booklets and that Madden crap thing in the corner, lol. You'll get your box back, just you wait.
This stuff came from PeteDiak. He had won an auction of a considerable amount of random stuff from Nintendo Repair Center's and this is the stuff he diden't want. I guess it pays to get invited to his tent. Thanks again man, some really cool stuff. BTW, diden't have room to pack the 2nd NES cover so I found it a good home.
The 2 yoyo's Paul bought for me at the Flea Market. I love WCW era wresting stuff. Thanks again.
Last but not least is the 2 items I picked up in the auction. Really happy with my purchases.

Yeah, I didn't know about the Game Informers until about 6 months ago or so. Kinda neat thumbing through old magazines like this.
I believe they are the largest gaming magazine in terms of subscribers (due to their affiliation with Gamestop) and they are based here in Minneapolis. I subscribed to them for years but let my subscription lapse recently due to the redesign that they underwent last fall/winter. They took away a couple of my favorite sections including a page where they listed all of the editors and writers likes and dislikes in gaming and other media. It used to have a small time/start-up feel to it now it just feels like Game Pro to me.
