A brand new Mario Tennis gift pack, the dude sent it in a tough bag so it got damaged on the front in the post. I am annoyed because since we are both in vic, it would have cost roughly the same to post in a box. Set me back $34

    Medabots was cheap at $10
  • Just got a Final Fight 3 (SNES) for $20 from a game store in Tennessee called Geeks Etc.

  • Scored a sweet pirate called Fire Bird for the NES. It's actually a Famicom game called Hi No Tori for the Famicom. The game have the coolest soundtrack and it was just 5 bucks.
  • Got some goodies yesterday, got this beautiful complete Toploader in the mail, been after one of these for several years, finally got one for a great price. Picked up these other goodies at Play N Trade yesterday, Lemmings cart for NES for $4, Ocarina of Time 3DS, and registered for my free soundtrack. Pikachu N64 for $18, and a low serial # NES, 90071. In all a good day!

nice pickups Justin. I want to get a CIB toploader for sure.

  • Not exactly a killer find but I got Ducktales 2 and Megaman 5 for 40 bucks. Feeling very very happy about this one
  • My most recent purchase was made last Sunday.

I bought these items from Play N Trade:

    N64: Chameleon Twist 2

    NES: Super Dodge Ball

3DS: Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D

SNES: Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose

    Capcom Pad Soldier SNES controller

I also snagged Mega Man X2 and Mega Man X3 from Penguin. I've been wanting these games since I was a kid, and Penguin was nice enough to hook me up with 'em for a reasonable price. A dude in Play N Trade actually saw I had them, and he offered me an ever-increasing amount of money for them, even going as far as to offer a copy of Earthbound in addition to cash for 'em. I turned him down because I've wanted X2 and X3 for years, and I'll be damned if I give them up.
  • Glad everyone is enjoying their mail cause I'm not! Curse this postal strike! So many awesome games that should be headed my way are sitting in a mail room some where. Grrrrr...
  • Yeah duncan I understand you so well... I need to ship like 5-6 packages for people here and eBay and I cant drop them anywhere...
  • I redeemed some Club Nintendo points for the repro Game & Watch. Got it in the mail yesterday. It's a fun little device.
  • Picked all of this up at the flea market yesterday for $52:

    CIB Pokemon Gold

CIB Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons

    CIB Tetris Blast

loose Legend of Zelda (gold cart)

loose Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages

all of the CIBs are near mint except Pokemon's manual which is still only slightly worn

  • Picked up some not so crappy games with my crappy collection, I'll use them as placeholders until I can downgrade.

Game Trader Murfreesboro TN pickups ( BIG THANKS TO RENGOZU)

    Darkwing Duck

    Captain Planet

    Play N Trade Murfreesboro TN

    Pugley's Scavenger Hunt 2.69 + tax

Batman Return of the Joker 7.19 + tax

Pretty good Dave! It looks fine, except for the large Play N Trade sticker on the bottom on the front side.
  • Poster cost me $1 and the frame was $4. Still pretty cool if you ask me.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic
  • Where did you get the frame? I need about 40 to 50 frames.
  • i got it at walmart. It is not a perfect fit but the 12x16 works pretty well. It's nice and lightweight.
  • Picked up some goodies at the flea market this past weekend, been wanting a Laser disc player for quite a while now, and finally found one for $35! Came with 12 movies and it works very well, I think the lens just needs a good cleaning. Also got this NES system with 9 games for $20, can't go wrong there either.

  • Which other movies did you get with the Laserdisc?

Heat, Money Talks, Rob Roy, Backdraft, and some others, the rest weren't anything notable.
  • That looks like a nice player. Does it play both sides without flipping the disc over?

I bought a whole lot of sci-fi laserdiscs last month.
