Loose Speedboard

I know Discount games has had one listed in their store for at least a year for $69.99, and it wont sell. So what is a loose Speedboard worth? Anybody have an idea?

I have bought a couple locally for like 5 each. They don't seem that hard to find unless they are CIB, at least here.
