What i hate about e-bayers and paypal!
Well today the second person in a month complained they never received their item and Guess what?!?! Even though i have the original shipping receipt, Paypal says I never shipped it, Sides with the buyer and has refunded their money once again....Man, let me tell you, I love mailing stuff, paying for shipping, and then giving all the money and items to the buyer, What a great friggin' system....What ever happened to seller protection? Or is that justa scamt o make you feel good as they bend you over....

No shit? How can they dispute that you did your part of shipping the item with that? Its on the P.O at that point if they did not pay for insurance,Right?
Actually, insurance is for the seller. If something is lost, only the seller can make a claim. Seller's have always just tried to make this the buyer's responsibility as it sounds logical. This is why you see a lot of manditory insurance auctions.
why you may ask?
don't you like to be kissed when you're getting fucked
I've gone through my share of wrestling with them. Eventually you learn to work within their little cabal, or you don't accept them. If you don't accept them, I GUARANTEE you get fewer bids, payments will come in slower, your international payments will cost you more because I.M.O.s cost additional to cash at a bank, and you'll have more nonpaying bidders that are too lazy to buy a M.O. in the first place.
Simply put, even after you're done with claims and forced refunds, you'll still be out ahead. But if it's the principle of the thing for you, that's fine. Make less, don't use Paypal. But i'm comfortable simply making more and getting randomly defrauded a few times a year. I'm making my house payments.
But if I can provide my half of the delivery confirmation ticket to paypal,How can they say I never shipped the item out?
The paper delivery confirmation and the paper usps receipts do not show the full address, so they are useless for paypal. You could ship my package to 123 Any St, I won't get it, but the confirmation will show it was delivered. Only the online shipping with confirmation will show the full address. Still doesn't protect you if the buyer enters their address incorrectly, which happens far too often for me...
