Hey guys/gals,

I'm starting to notice folks not leaving reciprocal feedback, and it may be because you don't realize you have outstanding feedback to leave.

To find out, go to "My Home", click on "View All" in the Transactions panel and choose the "Not Given" link. This will show who you haven't left feedback for.

Or, you can click the following link, which will take you directly to the screen mentioned above:

    I also have several transaction in which I am still in need of feedback. We need to make sure we stay on top of feedback, esp as the site grows.

    I think you can still start a transaction even if you already received the item

    Correct -- it's never too late, so long as the other party agrees.

    Dain, sometimes I am slow to leave feedback, but I always do. I leave all feedback at once maybe every 2 weeks or so, and it's because leaving feedback isn't something I really think about on NA. Perhaps you could consider adding a "You have feedback to leave" notification at the top (near the PM notification area) of the page.

    I agree, and I plan on doing that as well as emailing a reminder after 30 days, but until then, I was just wanting to remind folks.

    Nah, I wasn't trying to call anyone out guys, just sending a reminder. I just copied and pasted the ones in my list is all.

    Oh, and the reason for the post is that I have a way of seeing all the feedback and dates that haven't been left for all users, and there are tons from 2-3 months on there, which was why I made the post.

    completed just means both parties have accepted the deal. It will show a green + once feedback has been left, one for leaving one, and one for receiving one. Just go to "My Home", click on "View All" in the Transactions panel and choose the "Not Given" link. This will show who you haven't left feedback for.

    Yeah, I have four who still haven't completed the initial transactions, and 7 total (not counting the currently pending deals with Erik and Gundam) that haven't left me feedback.

    It would be *really* easy for someone to catch Jason: just release a new game and make sure to use the feedback system!

    I immediately thought of this thread when I saw Dain's feedback number had gone through the roof.

    Although I also thought perhaps he had made a database mistake and was using his phone number instead. image
