  • Awesome score Jason! Congrats! It was a very interesting read.
  • Sorry about the Nashville typo. I've been talking about Nashville too much lately.

Great issue guys! :imageats himself on the back::
  • Hey mewithoutYou52, did you ever make it to Nashville?

  • Wow that is an amazing score and im super jealous. Congrats big time!!
  • The Hellraiser game looks nuckin futz. Its going to be really awesome when its done.
  • Haul of the Millenium!
  • On page 13, the image at the top left, the item on the bottom center of the image... is called WHAT!?

  • Leave it to Batty
  • Good eye. Reminds me of this movie rental place:

    image
  • We got it Batty, we got it
  • I worked at a place for 3 years called flicks and pics which no doubtingly looked like FUCKS and PICS.

BUT that is besides the point.

    WOW!

I am speechless. Hands down probably is one of the greatest score... ever. I am glad it is finally in good hands and not in storage.

  • These are the type of items that separate great collections from amazing collections. ....absolutely astonishing! Bravo my friend
  • Nice work and preserverance for spending so long nailing this one down. Got to keep stuff like this preserved forever, once it's gone it's gone for good! So my next question... who's going to make Happy Camper now?
  • Un-fricken-believable. Amazing, thanks for sharing what you found/worked on. It's awesome.

  • Very, very, VERY cool. Loved reading the E-zine special. Very, very nice, Jason!

    Did i say very nice?

This makes me wonder if Nintendo got stuff like this stored in boxes somewhere in a dark room in some basement...
  • It's cool, but I'm glad you got it bud because if I got it...I would have just resold it...I'm not interested in any of that...but others are so I can kind of see the alure.

thats why these kinds of finds are so exciting, they give us something to dream about.

  • Nice score, Jason! Cool thing to make a special edition e-Zine image Looking forward to read it, I've just glanced through it.
  • Fun, thanks for sharing.

  • SO what's this Nashville thing all about...

Is there an info thread here on the site?
  • Just awesome NGD. It's so amazing to think that there could be dozens of finds like this just waiting to be found in developers' basements. What a great look into the history of the NES.

    Thanks so much for sharing.
  • Orrimarrko, it's Knoxville, not Nashville. I put the wrong city in the issue.

There's plenty of info about it in the thread called something about NA Get-together in the Everything Else forum.
  • I have been in Contact with Brenda too for quite some time and I got almost everything Jason has. I have had pictures of Happy Camper saved on my computer for about 6 months now from when she sent me them via email when i asked about unreleased stuff. She gave me all sorts of things like King Neptune art, promo videos, Drug Czar art,Happy Camper box art,Happy Camper art (misquito thing),a display that says " You've Played with Power, But now your playing with our DREAMPACK", black cartridge of King Neptune, Blue cartridge of Operation Secret Storm, Operation Secret Storm art, Operation Secret Storm early box with Different title called " Who's Sain Now?" Every single box, manual, paper, that came with every colordreams, bunch, wisdom tree game. So in conclusion, I have actually known about this before Jason released it to the public.
  • Also, If you dont believe me, I have a youtube video that has been up for a few months thats shows one of the first things Brenda sent me. (thats the link to the video)
  • I watched the video but didn't see anything that Jason talked about.

You do have a nice unlicensed collection though.
  • The only thing I see is the Drug Czar stuff, which is pretty cool. But I don't know why you went to other boards trying to gloat about it or whatever you were trying to do...Where is the pics of all the stuff you mentioned in in the post above, I think we all would like to see it.

  • that video on youtube is outdated like i said, that was the first thing she sent me (all the wisdom tree game boxes, manuals, posters uncirculated, King Neptune's Adventure black cart variant, a Color Dreams promo VHS, and all 5 Drug Czar (working title before Raid 2020) art works including the early box with the different name in ink. I then ordered alot of other things including many of the things Jason now has. I also got a roll of Hell Raiser labels when i purchased the Happy Camper artwork.
