Dragon Quest FC/SFC extra's

I might want to collect all the Famicom and Super Famicom games of Dragon Quest CIB b/c of the boxart.

I know that some of them had world maps and extra info in the boxes.

Does anyone know or has a site where i can find which extra items came with which title?

If i'm correct the titles are:

Famicom:
Dragon Quest I
Dragon Quest II
Dragon Quest III
Dragon Quest IV
Super Famicom:
Dragon Quest I&II
Dragon Quest V
Dragon Quest VI

I've found out that DQ VI came with a world map.

Nobody else that has info on this series?
