  I think I remember seeing this box before somewhere, I seem to recognize the wear around the top-right corner. Anyway I'll message him too about it.

  I've totally put up auctions before and had the description box at the top completely screwed up. The dropdown menus are really easy to misuse if you're going too quickly. This could be an honest mistake, his description doesn't specify region.

  While I doubt this even as I type it, he could just be an idiot.  Until I started to collect, I didn't know I might find Pal stuff in the states, maybe he assumes its NTSC because he got it in Canada.

  I got a friendly email back from him, and he changed it to PAL. It was probably an honest mistake

  May be easy to do with a template when selling a lot of ntsc

  I'd probably bid on this if it were in nice shape. This will probably be as close as I get to a CIB set.
