wow, lol, thats gotta be a gag auction. Love how he says he doesn't know the contents, but shows a picture of them and the cart is 10-yard fight
He does say that 10-yard fight is NOT included. He just placed that cart next to the box ro show you where the damage on the outside of the box is relative to the cart inside.
There's no horizontal line which would be the first indication of a reseal.
The condition could indicate a reseal, but lots of sealed games can have crush damage, but not a tear (unless the seal was also punctured/torn near it.
PS: I opened a factory sealed Kung Fu for Wizards list.
If you want to get technical it doesnt say factory sealed, only sealed, which is is hehe, but i know its naturally to think that it isnt a re-seal when people say that a game is sealed. However, the condition is described as new, which i doubt it is, so that might be a lie. Also, why does it say Kung Fu 2 in the description?

In order for a video game to be classified as "new" it HAS to be factory sealed.

I know what you mean, but some games arent always sealed, like many old PAL NES games for example. If you only remove the factory seal and dont open the game itself i would say that the game is still new. But my point was just that it says sealed and not factory sealed so that description is not directly a lie I was just joking alittle about it But as i said, the description in the auction also say that the game is new, and it doesnt look like its unused. If the game is used then it would be wrong to list this game as new, no doubt about that.

I'm confused how it's an obvious reseal? The pictures look legit to me, although the game is beat to hell.
You're kidding right?

Al
I contacted the guy a few days ago, and he said that he was thinking about restarting the auction with a $200 BIN.
Wow, what an asshat.
Sometimes I pick up obvious reseals because they tend to go for cheap (no one else wants em) and you' usually get a CIB.
